Ali has been working as a sports massage therapist since 2006 and during this time has worked with a variety of clients from Olympic and professional athletes to people with general aches and pains.
Treating this wide client base means that Ali can successfully treat on an individual basis, tailoring treatments to meet the specific needs of each of her clients, whether they are about to run a marathon, mow the lawn or just want to sleep easier at night.
Ali qualified as an Equine Sports Massage Therapist after completing Mary Bromiley MBE internationally renowned ITEC course and now works with horses at a variety of levels from Elite 4* Eventers to Pony Club and Riding Club all-rounders. As a APPI trained Pilates instructor Ali can help riders, other sports people and non-sports people to achieve more with their bodies; becoming stronger and more flexible.
The combination of equine and human work allows Ali to look at the whole picture and enables her to address the needs to both horse and rider working together.
