Ali is APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) trained to help clients to make the most out of their bodies through the stretching and strengthening routines of pilates.

Classes are held weekly, or workshops can be held for groups of individuals throughout Devon. One to one sessions can be one off appointments or regularly to keep you on the track with making the best progress in pain relief and performance.
